The Association complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and related laws and regulations, as well as the guidelines and other norms set by the government, and endeavors to handle the acquisition, use and management of personal information (information that can identify a specific individual) appropriately, as follows.

When acquiring personal information, the Association states the purpose, and as a rule acquires the information only when it is provided voluntarily.
